About Harbor Heights
Harbor Heights includes approximately 45 homes situated on mile marker 19 on the Lake of the Ozarks, just west of the City of Osage Beach commercial center. It's a quiet community with water access easements, well water service (if selected), and city water and sewer.
Our Community
Over 95% of the Community is developed. One of our more notable homes belongs the the Sakelaris family. We are conveniently located less than a minute from major shopping districts and the major thoroughfare Osage Beach Parkway.
Our Association
The Harbor Heights Home Owner's Association, Inc., was organized as a Non-Stock Corporation in 1973. The Association is tax exempt under the provisions of 501(c) (4) Tax Exempt Non Profit/Non-Charitable for promotion of social welfare of members. Our association consists of property owners whose lots border Greenwood Circle.
